Q: What are your business hours?
A:
Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm. All services are offered Saturdays with an additional +$10 charge. No additional charge on Saturday for training packages or evaluations. We don’t do not offer walks or training on Sundays. Operating hours are subject to change during extreme weather.

Q: What does a 2 hour walk window mean?
A:
All of our services operate within a 2 hour walk window. Meaning if you’d like to schedule an afternoon walk we could offer a pick up time between 12-2pm and anytime between those 2 hours is when we would come take your pet for a walk. We work like this because our schedules can get booked up fast and sometimes pet visits, training sessions, traffic, etc. can cause our appointments to go over their allotted time. We appreciate our clients flexibility around timing and apologize for not being able to accommodate specific time requests.

Q: What training package is best for my dog?
A:
It’s up to you and what you are looking to accomplish with your pet! All of our packages go over basic obedience but if you’re wanting your dog to be on it’s best behavior in all types of stimulating environments (including off leash) we would recommend doing the largest package with us.

Q: My dog has aggression/anxiety issues. How can you help me?
A:
If your pet has any aggression issues, major anxiety issues, or a bite history we would recommend you starting a training package with us before requesting other services. Most likely once your pet has finished it’s first session we would be able to offer structured walks (which are our walks for dogs in training that need extra help). We will NOT be able to offer our other services (Day Camp, Pet Sitting, Hikes, etc.) if your dog cannot be trusted around other animals. If that is the case we are happy to work with your pet on that issue though! All dogs deserve to have a friend. They are pack animals after all!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:
If you need to change or cancel your service with us, please let us know 24 hours in advance for walks and 48 hours in advance for sittings and other services to avoid a cancelation fee. We totally understand that emergencies come up and life can get in the way so feel free to reach out to us to discuss how we can best work together. The cancelation fee is 50% of the service charge.
